Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated amount immediately. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.

Your data and configurations are preserved during plan changes, though you may lose access to premium features when downgrading.

What happens if I exceed my request limits?

When you approach 80% of your monthly request limit, we'll send you a warning email to give you time to upgrade. At 95%, you'll receive a final notice.

If you exceed your request limit, your traffic will be restricted for personalization - meaning your API requests will return default content instead of personalized variants. Your website will continue working normally, but without personalization features until you upgrade your plan or the next billing cycle begins.

We recommend monitoring your usage in the dashboard and upgrading before reaching your limit to ensure uninterrupted personalized experiences.

Do you offer annual billing discounts?

New users are automatically assigned to our free plan upon registration, which you can use indefinitely. You can then upgrade to any paid plan with a 7-day trial to test premium features.

What's the difference between Workspaces, Content, and Variants?

Workspaces are separate environments for different projects or clients. Content refers to individual pieces like banners, CTAs, or text blocks. Variants are different versions of the same content for A/B testing or personalization.

For example: 1 workspace might contain 5 homepage banners (content), each with 3 different versions (variants).

How secure is my payment information?

Extremely secure. We use Stripe for payment processing, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified - the highest level of security certification. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

After cancellation, you can still access your data for 30 days to export or downgrade to our free tier if available.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with Usertune within the first 30 days, contact our support team for a full refund.
